01. Introduction and Scope
Victory Ads (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is the publisher and operator of Android mobile applications available on Google Play, as well as our official website (www.victoryads.com).
This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for all Victory Ads Android mobile applications built on our common application architecture, including our district-specific directories and regional discovery platforms.
Our Privacy Commitment: We value your trust. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Our applications are designed to provide helpful community and business information while respecting your privacy.
By installing, accessing, or using any Victory Ads Android application or website, you acknowledge the terms described in this Privacy Policy.
02. About Our Android Applications
Victory Ads publishes location-based and district-specific Android applications built on one common application architecture.
- Common architecture: All applications in our portfolio share the same core architecture, layout, and functionality.
- Location-Specific Content: The primary difference between applications is the localized content they provide. Each application focuses on a specific district, town, or region, displaying local business listings, public utilities, emergency helplines, healthcare centers, educational institutions, and regional landmarks.
03. No User Accounts Required
We believe public directory and local discovery information should be readily accessible without friction:
- No Registration: You do not need to register or create an account to use our applications.
- No Login: There is no login, password, or username system.
- No User Profiles: We do not create or maintain personal user profiles for app visitors.
- No Social Sign-In: You are not asked to connect your social media accounts.
Because our applications operate without user accounts, we do not collect or maintain a database of registered consumer accounts.
04. Location-Specific & Public Directory Information
Our applications serve as informational directories for businesses and services within specific geographic areas.
- Public Business Information: The listings in our applications (such as merchant names, business categories, contact phone numbers, public addresses, and website links) represent publicly available commercial and community information. This public directory information is distinct from the personal data of an end user browsing the app.
- Listing Management: Business owners or authorized representatives may request additions, updates, corrections, or removals of their public listing at any time by emailing us at victoryadseco@gmail.com.
05. Advertising and Google AdMob
To support ongoing development and keep our Android applications freely accessible, we display advertisements provided through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK (operated by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited).
Advertising Disclosure: Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process certain device, technical, and network information to deliver, measure, and optimize digital advertisements, manage ad frequency, and prevent fraud.
Depending on your device settings, region, and consent choices, information processed by Google and its advertising technology partners may include:
- Advertising Identifiers: The Google Advertising ID (GAID / Android Advertising ID) provided by the Android operating system.
- Device & Network Information: Device model, operating system version, mobile carrier, and IP address (which may be used by Google to determine coarse location and prevent click fraud).
- Ad Interaction Data: Information about advertisements viewed, clicked, or interacted with.
- Performance & Diagnostics: SDK load times, crash reports, and basic diagnostic information to ensure reliable ad display.
Third-Party Privacy: Victory Ads does not collect or sell advertising tracking profiles. Advertising data processing is handled directly by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising Policies.
06. Advertising Choices & Privacy Preferences
You have direct control over how advertisements and advertising identifiers are used on your Android device:
- Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: Where permitted and consented to, ads may be personalized based on your general interests. Where consent is not given or personalization is turned off, Google serves non-personalized, contextual ads based on the app content and approximate region.
- Reset or Delete Advertising ID: You can manage or delete your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings:
- Android 12+: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
- Android 11 and earlier: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization or Reset advertising ID.
- Consent Choices: In regions where privacy consent is required (such as the European Economic Area or UK), you can manage your preferences through the Google-certified consent interface presented in the application.
07. Application Permissions
Our Android applications request only the permissions needed to deliver directory content, support application features, and display advertisements:
- Network & Internet Access: (
android.permission.INTERNET,android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) Enables the application to connect to the internet to load current directory listings, images, updates, and advertisements. - Advertising Support: (
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) Standard permission utilized by the Google Mobile Ads SDK on Android 12+ for ad delivery and fraud prevention. - Location Permissions: Depending on the specific application version, features, and configuration published on Google Play, permissions may include approximate and/or precise location access to help users locate nearby businesses, services, and district amenities.
The application does not engage in continuous background GPS tracking or surveillance.
08. Third-Party Services & External Links
Our applications may connect with or link to third-party tools and services:
- Google Play Services & AdMob: System libraries providing security, platform updates, and mobile advertising.
- Native Device Handlers: When you tap a phone number to call a merchant, tap a WhatsApp chat button, or view a business location on Google Maps, the app opens your device's default phone dialer, messaging client, or mapping application under their respective privacy practices.
We do not control the privacy practices of external third-party websites or services and encourage you to review their independent privacy policies.
09. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Victory Ads does not sell, rent, or monetize personal user data. Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Advertising Partners: Advertising-related data processed programmatically by Google AdMob and certified partners as described in Section 05.
- Operational Service Providers: Trusted cloud hosting or communication providers who assist with technical operations under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request to protect safety, security, and legal rights.
10. Data Security & Retention
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encrypted HTTPS communication and secure hosting infrastructure) to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
Because our applications operate without user accounts, we do not store registered user account profiles. If you contact us directly (via email or website inquiry forms), your communication records are kept only as long as necessary to fulfill your request and comply with legal or accounting standards.
11. Children's Privacy
Victory Ads Android applications are general audience commercial directories and local informational resources. Our applications are not specifically directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In accordance with Google Play policies, where applicable, advertising settings can be configured for family-safe, non-personalized advertising. If you believe a child has provided contact information to us, please contact us for immediate deletion.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy & Contact Us
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our applications, Google Play policies, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
